Job Description
This position is responsible for:

Accurately and promptly filling prescriptions to be checked by a Pharmacist.
Call insurances to fix issues related to prescription claims.
Remind customers about their prescription refills.
Investigate and respond to customer service issues and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Send appropriate communication to enhance customer relations.
Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory agencies regarding the operation of the pharmacy.
Providing exceptional customer service.

Skills:
Must have basic math skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, have a customer friendly attitude, be highly motivated to provide outstanding customer service, be proactive in assisting patients.
Demonstrate friendliness and greet every customer and potential customer as a new member of the family.
Practice and promote teamwork at all times and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, self-motivated, self-disciplined.
Able to use computer.
Excellent written and verbal skills.

Minimum Qualifications
High School education or equivalent
Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Virginia
